What's for Dinner Tonight?

Tonight I tried another new recipe:  Cilantro Lime Chicken & Rice Salad.  It tasted different than anything we had tried before.  Three of us liked it and would be happy to have it again and one thought it was ok.  I substituted turkey for chicken since I had it in the fridge and substituted green chilies for jalapenos since I had them in stock.  I wouldn't substitute if you had the right ingredients.  I would have liked it better with chicken.  My problem this week was that I spent most of my grocery money buying Organic milk on sale and didn't leave much room to buy any other groceries.  I had some limes that I needed to use and this was a perfect recipe for that since it uses 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice!
