Ann's Caribbean Jerk Chicken

(4) 12 x 18 inch aluminum foil sheets
2 cups cooked rice
16 oz. can black beans
Jerk Marinade
boneless chicken

Preheat oven to 450. Combine rice, beans, and 1/4 c. of marinade. Center one-fourth of mixture on each sheet of foil. Top with chicken; drizzle with remaining 1/4 c. of marinade sauce Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet. Repeat to make 4 packets. Place on a cookie sheet in the oven and bake 20-24 minutes or until chicken is cooked completely.
