How do I get enough water? One thing you can do is to replace fruit juices, soda, etc. with water. It may not taste as good to you, but it will be good for your weight and your health in general. What if you don't like water? Add sliced lemon, lime, or cucumbers to your water. Infuse it with pineapple or fresh berries. Add fresh mint leaves. Adding ice may even do the trick. Find what works best for you.
