This exercise video came up on my youtube home page. I guess it was because I was doing other easy videos, since I am not an exercise guru. Anyway, I tried it out of curiosity. It was originally made for women over 50, but anyone can do it. I sure felt better afterwards. You alternate 30 seconds walking and 30 seconds toning. It is similar to Holly Dolke's video, but a bit easier since it is all standing. So, if you are newer to exercise or just want a low impact cardio workout for the day, check it out.
