October Health Challenge: Keep Busy

Another successful day without eating sugar.  In the evenings, it is easy to want to have a little treat.  Last night, instead of thinking about any sweets, we got all of the recycling together and took it down to the recycling center.  Keeping busy just helps the time go by and keep your mind off eating sugar!  I did some other things around the house and it was so nice to get a lot done and not eat an additional 300-500 calories.  A win-win if you ask me!  So, if you are trying to eat healthier, find something else to do to keep busy and stay out of the kitchen!
