This is a Bok Choy. Earlier this year, I signed up for a vegetable subscription service called Misfits Market- they send you a box of organic fruits and vegetables that weren't the right shape to sell in the grocery store. One week they sent me a Bok Choy, and I wasn't quite sure what to do with it. Thanks to google, I found a great recipe for roasted bok choy:
This is a recipe I'd like to try next time- because the Bok Choy can take on a lot of different flavors, I think it would taste great cooked with some kind of sauce, too.
