It has been a busy day. We made 20 jars of raspberry-rhubarb jam today. It wasn't until this afternoon that I realized that I hadn't made bread yet. So, this post is late, but better late than never.
This English muffin bread is great because it is so much less work than making regular English muffins, but it tastes like the real thing. The dough is very sticky, but you don't have to worry about if you put in the right amount of flour like you do with other bread dough. It just works like a charm.
