Menu for the Week

It has been a while since I have posted anything.  The summer was busy with lots of fun things.  This week I am trying to use what I have in the freezer to make meals.  This is what I have planned for this week:

Breakfast:

Oatmeal w/fruit, nuts and milk
Yogurt with fruit
Pancakes
Blueberry Crumb Cake from the Pioneer Woman - this turned out really well.  I used raspberries and rhubarb from our garden because I had it on hand from our garden.  I think it would taste great with blackberries.

Lunch:

Hummus and Homemade Pita Bread
Egg salad sandwiches
Pepperoni pizza bread
Italian Sausage pizza bread
Tuna salad sandwiches
Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches
Leftovers
French Onion Soup - tasted good if you like this kind of soup
Zucchini bites - we had lots of shredded zucchini in the freezer and it was nice to try a new recipe for zucchini and it tasted fine.

Dinner

Wendy's chili - clone recipe
Burritos or tacos with Cafe Rio cilantro rice, refried beans, homemade tortillas, lettuce, etc.
Hamburgers, potato salad, corn, baked beans, etc. for Labor day
Salad (we have lots of garden lettuce)

(each of the above recipes makes a lot of food, so we will have them more than once)
