Menu for the Week: May 1 - May 7

Spaghetti
Meatball Subs
Enchiladas
Chicken and Wild Rice
Greek Salad
Taco Salad
Kibbi, Hummus and Homemade Pita Bread
Cobb Salad
Stir Fry (to use up frozen veggies)
Broccoli Cheese Soup

These are the meals I am going to choose from for dinners this week.  I am trying to clean out the freezer and also wanted easy meals to prepare.
