Menu for the Week: April 17 - April 23

Baked Chicken and Wild Rice
Burritos (homemade tortillas, refried beans, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, cheese)
Spaghetti and Meatless Meatballs (brown rice, nuts, bread crumbs, egg, etc.)
Black Bean Burgers, homemade french fries
Baked Potato Bar
White Bean Chili
Whole Wheat Pizza Bread

We will have various fruits and vegetables with each meal.

Lunches will be sandwiches (egg salad, hummus, tuna), muffins, leftovers, etc. with an apple and carrots each day

Breakfasts will be homemade granola, oatmeal, toast, eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc.
