Simple Savings - Weigh and/or Count Produce
When buying produce in bags, instead of just grabbing the one on top, weigh a few different bags. There are times when one bag has had up to a pound more produce than another bag. Another thing you can do, is to count the apples (or whatever you are buying) and get the bag that has the most apples in it. One apple a week may not seem like much, but 52 apples in a year makes a difference.
