22 Billion Dollars Spent on Storage Costs

This morning, I read that Americans spend 22 Billion per year to store stuff. That amounts to 2 1/2 meters of storage per person (adults and kids) in America. (from Sean Bonner)

If you are one of those people, there is still time to consider getting rid of some stuff and also get the tax benefit before the year is over. You will feel better, save yourself money in storage costs and bless someone else with the stuff you donate. If the stuff is more valuable, consider taking it to a consignment store or selling it on the internet. You can use the money to help pay off any Christmas debt if you didn't use cash to pay for Christmas this year!
