Menu for the Week - August 24- 30

We had a couple of potlucks this past week, so I have 3 meals that will carry over:

Baked Potato Bar
Hummus and Bread, Salad
 Chicken Pillows

I am also trying a few new recipes:

Creamy Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas
Hawaiian Haystacks
Clam Chowder   (I have never made it with vinegar though)
Ham and Cheese Quiche with Hash Brown Crust  (I will substitute real potatoes)

I won't be buying a lot of produce this week.  Our beans are about ready to pick and we still have lots of lettuce and raspberries.  We also have onions and beets and spinach.  So, we will be eating a lot of produce, even though it might night look like it from what I buy.  Hopefully there will be a few things I can stock up on that are on sale.
