This month, instead of making bread every day, we are not going to buy any junk food or processed food. Usually we don't eat these things, but if one of our stores offers double coupons occasionally I will get some that are free or close to free. This month I am not going to get any, free or not. No soda, no chips, no packaged cookies no ice cream, etc. We can make sweets with ingredients we have, but I am not going to buy any from the store. I am also going to try to make my own yogurt instead of buying yogurt.
