I read this article this morning while I was waiting for my bread to bake. It brought out some good arguments against extreme couponing. This may be a sensitive issue with some people, so please don't take offense if that is what you do and you enjoy spending your time doing it. But, if you really don't enjoy doing it, or you feel guilty for not doing it, or you feel it is too time consuming, then you might enjoy reading the article.
