31 Days of Bread in July!

Another day...another bread.  Today I made some Buttermilk-Romano french rolls.  I had some buttermilk that needed to be used, so I substituted it for some milk in a recipe and used Romano cheese on top.  They turned out well, but I think the dough tastes better if you use milk.  I also like Parmesan cheese better on top, but I used what I had.
