I still have some meals that I wasn't able to fit in from previous weeks that will carry over:
Lentil Spinach soup
Corn Chowder
Turkey Bolognese
Turkey or Chicken Hash
Beef & Barley stew
I will also add:
Sweet & Sour Chicken
Baked beans
Mexican Meatloaf - with cream cheese and chilies for a filling
Bean & cheese quesadillas
There are more meals than I would normally cook in a week, but at least that gives me room to make dinner for someone else if I want to or some flexibility in what I am cooking for my own family I can also make some of the things for lunch instead of dinner if I want to.
