What's for Dinner Tonight?
Cooked ziti pasta (if you don't have ziti, use what you have!)
1 can tomato sauce
salt and pepper
ricotta cheese (I usually use cottage cheese because it is cheaper, but if you do make sure you food process it first or it will look like someone barfed with the chunks in it. It still tastes good, but looks unappetizing!)
Lots of cheese - I use whatever I have in the fridge. I used at least 8 oz. or a pound when I make it.
Mix all ingredients and sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 until cheese melts.
You can add cooked Italian sausage, sauteed onions or garlic, spaghetti sauce, etc. if you want to.
