Homemade Grape Nuts

Last night I tried making grape nuts.  They dried all night and we had them for breakfast this morning.  They weren't as hard as the ones from the store, but they tasted just fine and were a fraction of the cost of the cereal from the store. 

I used a recipe from Todd Wilbur, who does Restaurant Clone recipes, but there are several on here on cooks.com.  They all seemed a little bit different, but might be worth a try!
