What's For Dinner Tonight? Chicken Enchiladas

These Chicken Enchiladas are so easy!

Ingredients:  Tortillas, Cooked chicken (cubed or shredded), 2 cans cream of chicken, sour cream (8-12 oz.), green chilies or green salsa, and cheese to put on top.  Mixed everything together.  Put some of the mixture into a tortillas and roll it up.  Place seam side down in pan.  Do this until you have about a cup to a cup and a half of the mixture left.  Put the leftover mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese.  I didn't put a lot of measurements in this recipe, because it really doesn't matter that much if you have a little more or a little less of something.  Bake at 350 for 10-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.  Enjoy!
