Menu for the Week - Nov. 30 - 6

Time to plan the menu for the week. We did a lot of cooking this past week, and so I am going to do very easy meals for this week. It will also be a busy week. I also want to use up stuff in our freezer, so I will focus on that for the month of December. I like to rotate and use up what we have before it is too late.

Turkey enchiladas
Turkey and rice w/gravy (we ran out of potatoes)
Turkey and sweet potato soup, homemade rolls
Grilled cheese and tomato soup, home canned peaches
Turkey Lo Mein
Teriyaki Meatballs - with elk that needs to be used in the freezer
Italian Meatball Subs - we will use the same package of meat as Teriyaki meatballs, but make half a recipe of each

By the end of the week, we should be sufficiently sick of turkey. But, the leftovers will be finished except for a little bit that we froze.
