Sour Cream Banana Bread

I woke up this morning at 5:15 to make these for my teenage daughter before she had to leave. I only had 45 minutes so I made muffins instead of bread, but they turned out really well. I have a good banana bread recipe, but this one was even lighter than mine and very moist. So, if you have a few bananas that are getting ripe, this is a great recipe to try.
