Name Brand vs. Store Brand: Cream Cheese

We tried three brands of cream cheese this week:  Philadelphia, Kroger and Great Value.  Results can be found at the Dollar Stretcher .

    I see and taste a big difference. Store brand cream cheese does not work well in making cream cheese mints. It was too gooey and sticky.
