Menu for Week 4 of All You Grocery Challenge - Breakfast

Breakfast:
oatmeal, bananas, yogurt or cottage
cheese

whole wheat pancakes, blueberries,
kiwis, orange juice, hash browns

toast, scrambled eggs, cantelope
yogurt

english muffins, yogurt, orange
juice


breakfast burritos 2/ham,egg,cheese
cantelope, canned apricots from 2008


cold cereal w/ blueberries or pancakes,
orange juice, cottage cheese, canned
pineapple




Lunch:




carribean jerk chicken w/ rice and beans,
watermelon

cowboy spaghetti, watermelon,
banana chocolate chip cookies

leftover cowboy spaghetti, artisian rolls,
mangos

maple glazed ham sandwiches on 
homemade bread, watermelon,
cantelope

leftover  calzones from freezer and 
cream of potato soup leftovers,
cherries, watermelon

carribean jerk chicken leftover, cherries,
pound cake





Dinner:

calzones, salad


cream of broccoli soup, new england
 fantans (layered rolls)

cream of potato soup w/ bacon, artisian 
bread, blueberries

black bean & mango tostada, blueberries,
watermelon


Carribian Jerk chicken w/ rice leftovers,
tomatoes with feta cheese, cherries


broccoli soup, homemade wheat rolls,
watermelon, baked chicken
