
After success with a cauliflower pizza crust during last month's Variety with Veggies, I decided to try
another pizza crust variation. The texture was relatively similar to typical pizza crust but my family didn't like the taste nearly as much as the chickpea crust. There are other pizza crust recipes using chickpea flour (
this one, for example) but I don't plan to try a bean crust again.
