My daughter has been wanting to make Grissini for a long time. She made the dough all by herself. I think the best thing about doing a different bread every day is that she is learning to cook all kinds of bread and learning how to tell what a good bread dough is. Since she isn't too fond of sesames, we made some small ones with sesames and made most of them with Romano cheese. Only 4 more days left!
