Turkey Noodle Casserole was for dinner tonight. It tasted better than most noodle casseroles I have had. It was a basic white sauce with cooked egg noodles and whatever meat/fish you want. I also added sauteed onions and a generous amount of cheese. Since this had turkey, I used sage and breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese mixed with melted butter for the topping. The family liked it, but I still think it needed a little something else.
